Foodies who need help with catering holiday gatherings need look no further than Los Gatos.
Grocer+Goddess offers family-style boxes that can be ordered ahead, like the Italian Meal (Caesar salad, chicken parmesan, linguini, cheese ravioli); Seaside with spinach and arugula salad and poached sea bass; fried chicken with salad and corn on the cob; or the Korean Barbecue Meal with spare ribs, rice ban chan and sesame broccoli salad.
Weekend brunch boxes are available for pre-order, and a limited number of grab-and-go items, like dry rubbed ribs and salads, can be found in the case. Grazing boxes (Italian, Middle Eastern and Mexican themed) require 48 hours notice.
Montebello Market can whip up party food like Carnegie Deli Reubens, Neto sausage sandwiches or Philly Cheese steaks. Craving Matzah ball soup? Onion rings or funnel fries? Stop in for a snack and pick up breakfast kits for Christmas morning or proper libations for Christmas Eve.
Chef David Cohen also offers family-style meals like chicken thighs with sausage and peppers, porchetta, pot roast, veggie lasagna, or chicken parm, each of which comes with two sides, including loaded baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, broccolini and more from the cold case. Don’t forget the Scrooge-approved ready-to-drink cocktails, perhaps the ultimate stocking stuffers.
