Porto marathon champion Alice Jepkemboi Kimutai has been banned by Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) for three years.

Alice Jepkemboi Kimutai for 3 years, starting 16 November 2022 for the presence/use of a Prohibited Substance (Testosterone). DQ results since 20 September 2022.

Kimutai received the ban after testing Testosterone and the 30 year-old was busted at this year’s Porto Marathon where she took the honors and her results were nullified with the ban taking effect from 16 November 2022.
